• Mock interview sessions across behavioral, technical, and HR formats
• Real-time AI coaching and live interview assistance overlay
• AI-generated performance feedback, scores, and improvement reports
• Behavioral coaching using the STAR framework
• Coding interview preparation
• Practice question generation tailored to your target role

rejekt.ai provides powerful AI-powered interview coaching tools. Features may change or be removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use rejekt.ai
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You may not create accounts for others without their explicit consent
• One person may maintain one active account
• We reserve the right to decline registration or terminate accounts at our discretion

rejekt.ai offers the following plans:

AI credits are consumed each time the platform makes an AI inference on your behalf. This includes generating interview feedback, coaching suggestions, and practice questions.

• Each AI-powered operation costs 1 credit
• Credits are deducted from your monthly allowance at the time of the AI call
• When your credits are exhausted, AI features are paused until the next monthly reset or you upgrade
• Unused credits do not roll over between months
• Credits are non-transferable and have no monetary value

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times
• Use the platform only for lawful interview preparation purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform or its AI systems
• Not use the platform to cheat in actual live assessments in a way that violates the terms of those assessments
• Not upload malicious files, scripts, or harmful content
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or bans
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not use the platform in a manner that disrupts, overloads, or damages our infrastructure

rejekt.ai offers a Live Interview Helper feature that can run alongside real interviews. By activating this feature:

• You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable recording consent laws in your jurisdiction
• In some jurisdictions, all-party consent is required before recording any conversation
• We strongly recommend informing and obtaining consent from all interview participants before enabling audio capture
• rejekt.ai accepts no liability for any legal claims arising from your failure to obtain proper consent

rejekt.ai is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee that using rejekt.ai will result in a job offer, improved interview performance, or any specific outcome
• AI-generated feedback is informational only and may contain inaccuracies
• Features may be incomplete, change without notice, or temporarily unavailable
• We are not responsible for technical issues, data loss, or service interruptions
• We do not warrant that the platform is free of errors, viruses, or security vulnerabilities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, rejekt.ai and its team shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform
• Damages resulting from AI-generated feedback or coaching content

Our total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid to rejekt.ai in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page
• We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may terminate accounts that are inactive for more than 12 months after providing notice
• Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases immediately
• Data deletion after account termination follows the schedule described in our Privacy Policy

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that affect paid subscriptions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of rejekt.ai shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas, unless prohibited by applicable law.

You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against rejekt.ai to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
