• Generate AI-powered feedback, scores, and coaching suggestions from your sessions
• Personalise interview questions to your target role and experience level
• Track your progress and improvement over time
• Enforce plan quotas (interview limits, AI credits, storage)
• Send transactional emails — account verification, password resets, billing receipts
• Respond to support requests and feedback you submit
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats

rejekt.ai uses artificial intelligence to evaluate your interview responses, generate coaching suggestions, and provide performance analysis. When you conduct an interview session:

• Your audio is processed to generate a transcript of your responses
• Transcripts are analysed by our AI systems to produce feedback and scores
• Video recordings are stored on your account for your own playback and review
• AI-generated feedback is tied to your account and visible only to you
• Your interview data is never used to train AI models — it is processed solely to generate your personal feedback

Recording Consent: If you use the Live Interview Helper feature while in a real interview, you are solely responsible for obtaining consent from all other participants being recorded, in compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

We use trusted third-party services to operate the platform. These providers only receive the data necessary to perform their specific function and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe's own Privacy Policy applies to payment data.
• We use secure cloud infrastructure for data storage and platform operations.
• We use internal monitoring tools to maintain platform reliability and detect issues.
• We use analytics tools to understand how features are used, in anonymised form.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We use:

• Secure cookies to maintain your login session
• Security tokens to protect your account from unauthorised actions
• No third-party advertising or tracking cookies

You can clear cookies via your browser settings. Doing so will log you out of your account.

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Passwords are stored using secure one-way hashing — we cannot read your password
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorised team members only
• We perform regular security reviews and monitor for anomalous activity

While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. We will notify you of any confirmed data breach that materially affects your account.

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active
• Interview recordings are retained per your plan's storage limit and until you delete them
• Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
• When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to certain processing activities
• Restriction — request that we limit how we process your data

rejekt.ai is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of rejekt.ai after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
